I’ve passed 40, but still think I’m 20, which gets me into trouble on occasion. I bought a farm in 2012, on which I have fourteen acres with too many horses, a lot of chickens, a couple dogs, cats and goats. I love my animals. I love to save money. I love to cook and make bread and wine. I like to try to make and do as many things for myself as I can, with the very limited “homesteader” skills I have, but continue to learn more along my journey. I get a big kick out of gathering eggs from my hens, and hope I never grow tired of it.
